• 100 grm Gond
• 100 grm mawa
• 100 grm dedicated coconut
• 70 grm ghee
• 120 grm sugar
• 50 grm water
• 1/4 cup dry fruit powder
• 2 tsp ginger powder
• 1 tsp Ghodthoda powder
• 1 tsp Elechi powder
• 1 tsp nutmeg powder
Heat a little ghee in a pan.
Fry 100 g gond until it puffs up.
Crush lightly and keep aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 70 g ghee.
Roast 100 g mawa until it turns light golden.
Add 100 g desiccated coconut and roast until aromatic.
Mix in the fried gond, ¼ cup dry fruit powder, 2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp ghodthoda powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder, and 1 tsp nutmeg powder.
Stir well so everything blends evenly.
In another pan, boil 120 g sugar with 50 g water.
Cook until the syrup reaches one-string consistency (slightly sticky when pressed between fingers).
Pour the hot sugar syrup into the roasted mixture.
Mix quickly and thoroughly.
Spread the mixture onto a greased tray.
Level the surface and let it cool slightly.
Cut into squares or diamonds once set.
